What's the minimum stay?

4 nights minimum. Most families book 5-7 nights to fully enjoy the home, boat days, cenotes, and excursions without feeling rushed.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.

What's included with the chef?

The chef is included with your stay, not an add-on. He specializes in Argentine steakhouse cuisine, and we also have a traditional Mexican cook for authentic local dishes. Custom menus, dietary accommodations, organic ingredients. You tell us what you want, when you want it.

How safe is Puerto Aventuras?

Extremely. It's a gated marina community, one of the safest areas in all of Mexico. Golf carts, walkable streets, families everywhere. It feels more like a resort town than anything else. No party scene, no sketchy areas.

What's the booking process?

After our call, you'll receive a proposal with rates and inclusions. A deposit secures your dates, and we handle coordination leading up to arrival. Airport pickup timing, chef preferences, any experiences you want arranged.

Can we arrange transportation?

Airport pickup is included. We can also arrange vehicle rentals delivered to the house, or a private driver for day trips to Tulum, Playa del Carmen, cenotes, etc.

Is this good for remote work?

Yes. Strong WiFi throughout, plus a soundproof glass-walled office space if you need to take calls. Several guests have done "working vacations" here.
